This is the third year since the award鈥檚 inception, and it has quickly become one of the most meaningful honors attainable for young communications and creative professionals in the world of college sports.

Under Hayes鈥檚 leadership, 极速六合彩历史开奖记录 was named the Sports Information Department of the Year by the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference for 2022-23, and this year, Hayes was awarded the NCAA Inclusion CSC UNITE Convention Grant. He also served as SCAC SID Chair in 2023-24. In his fourth year in the 极速六合彩历史开奖记录 sports information and marketing department, Hayes serves as the primary contact for all 19 of 极速六合彩历史开奖记录鈥檚 sports.
"I'm blessed to continue to represent Texas Lutheran on the national stage between this honor and the NCAA Inclusion Grant this past summer,鈥 says Hayes. 鈥淲hile I am the one being honored it鈥檚 a credit to our staff on the work we've put in within our department over my tenure. I鈥檝e been blessed to be put in situations to succeed from a young age on and off the field as a former student-athlete myself, and I've tried to faithfully walk the path God has set out for me. I'm grateful to Rhodes College for starting this journey and AD Miller, Dr. Cottrell, and Texas Lutheran for taking a chance on me during the pandemic."
Candidates for the 30 Under 30 recognition were considered based on achievement in areas such as professional success, impact on their athletic department or conference office, and service to CSC. This year, the 30 honorees were selected from a record 176 nominees.
